I truly believe that the social security system is in need of long awaited reforms and we must start to reform the social security system so it is there for our future generations.

As all of you may know the politicians don’t want to take up the issue of social security because they look at it as an election losing issue and I am here to say I don’t really think it is and the issue needs to be taken up and now not later. Another reason why our politicians don’t want to take up the issue of reforming social security is because they look at it as there own personal slush fund and that is just plain wrong robbing our senior citizens and our disabled and the future of social security.

Social Security was not created as a political slush fund or for politicians personal pork interest it was created after the depression because people lost there retirement savings and today its used because our nation does not know how to save money and it Is also used to help the disabled that are no longer able to work.

I support reform the social security system so that it is accountable to all who pay into it and receive it. I support giving all on social security a raise to where the can actually live and not just get by. Are you for social security reform?
