Today the biggest debate going on is health care and how to fix the health care system that seems to be beyond repairs. Or is it?

Most democrats and a few republicans think that universal/government run health care is the answer and some republicans like my self and few democrats think that universal/government run health care is a bad idea.

Lets face some Facts About universal/government run health care

1. The Government would now have the power to say what you need to have done and when you need to have it done

2. It would put more doctors and hospitals out of business and leave a heavy burden on all Americans.

3. The level of service would go down and hospitals would not be as clean in fact they would be really dirty and in some cases un sanitary.

4. There would be long waiting list for people to get in to see specialist

I don’t know about you but as of right now it looks like universal health care/government run health care really sucks.

I think the idea by most democrats and few republicans for the plan of universal health care/government run health care is just away to not only spend more money and tax the American Tax payers more it is a way that they see they can make our government a little bigger.

This is my plan and I think most Republicans would agree that we must reform a lot to make health care more affordable and here are a few steps to be will on the way to doing that

1. We must reform our Medical Malpractice laws so that they protect the Doctors and truly limit how much can me awarded in a Medical Malpractice law suit.

2. Allow people that can not afford insurance through an independent insurance company buy into the Medicaid system with strict income guide lines and this being that Medicaid will have a co-pay on the service for the people that buy into it.

3. Deny all illegal immigrants access to the service of Medicaid that do to the fact that they committed and not reimburse doctors and hospitals for providing illegal immigrants services.

I think this plan would be the best in starting to reform health care and that it’s a must to do so to make health care more affordable to the citizen of this great nation of ours.

Now for those of you saying that I seem like I am not compassionate because of the 3^rd reform I am proposing I have to say I am not you have to look at the big picture and if you want Universal/Government run health care or if you want health care that is going to leave you and your doctors in charge of your health care.

As you all know a big issue in the upcoming 2008 campaigns is the fact that nothing is being done on illegal immigration and this is sad. It seems that the only person listing is Congressmen Tom Tancredo ( R ) Colorado.

Congressmen Tom Tancredo is has also formed an exploratory committee for President of the United States. As you all know while I do not agree with Congressmen Tancredo on all the issues I feel that he is the best man for the job to lead and secure our country’s borders and protect our country from the terrorist.

Have you ever heard the term that you get what you pay for? Now think for a minute are we getting what we are paying for out of the United States House And Representatives? I think the facts are in and the answers are clear and it’s a big fat no.

If You call higher fuel prices, higher energy cost, an education system that has been way under funded for many years now, the health care system is in need of major reforms, social security is going bankrupt getting what you paid for than your one sad duck.

We elect people to serve us and take care of the needs of Americans and there districts not other nations problems and not the needs of the special interest but our needs.

Today I am also Asking Congressmen LaHood to 6 Debates on the Issues that face this great Nation and sense Congressmen LaHood Loves Chicago so much I say since all of our job in our district are going to Chicago we hold a debate there also. Or maybe Congressmen Ray LaHood Should think about moving to Chicago and Running there.

The past few days have been really busy for my campaign we have been posting blogs and looking for an office that my campaign can afford at this time.

We have been chatting in a few chat rooms making people aware that Edward Mokrzycki is indeed a candidate for the United States House Of Representatives.

For the most part we have been getting great feed back from the people that we have talked to and of course we have been getting that normal negative thinking that Edward Mokrzycki can not win. We have to say if we did not think that Edward had a shot a truly winning and if Edward did not feel he could win he would not be Running for the United States House Of Representatives in 2008.

Edward knows that there are many challenges that he has to over come and knows that he can over come them with your support and positive thinking.

Edward and the Mokrzycki Campaign have been thinking of announcing to the Media really soon but how can you when you just think that the Incumbent will be running for reelection and how can you go to the media and say that the Incumbent may or may not be seeking reelection you can speculate all you want but you have to have a good idea that he is running for sure. Our campaign has to take in to account the Incumbent Ray LaHood is 60 years old and may be wanting to retire but that has not been announced by him of his office and another fact is that there has been talk that Ray LaHood may run for the United States Senate while we would like this race to be between Ray LaHood and Edward Mokrzycki we know that it may not be and we honor that.

Edward Mokrzycki is running no matter how his republican challengers may or may not be and is going to do his part and get his message out.

As you all know campaigns are indeed challenging but yet rewarding. When I first decided to run for the United States House Of Representatives I accepted that fact I accepted that fact that not every one will agree with me on all the Issues and that some people would just hate that fact that I am a republican that happens to be openly gay.

As you all know the issues are the important thing in a campaign and getting the message out not the candidates sexual orientation. I urge all voters to look past the issue of sexual orientation in my campaign and in other campaign because what matters in all campaigns is the message the candidates a deserving and if you agree with the candidate on the issues.

Another critical thing in all campaigns is funding of the campaign and like my self I am unable to self fund my campaign and so are many other candidates with the 2008 election cycle being a presidential election as well not only do the presidential candidates have to raise more money but the House and senate candidates have to raise more money than in previous elections. It is estimated that my campaign will need to raise at least 5 million dollars in this campaign cycle and I know it will be hard and a challenge but I urge you all to donate to my campaign now so that we can be well on our way to achieving victory in the Illinois 2008 primary election and in the Illinois general election. We must start to rebuild not only the Republican Party but our nation as well. We must move our nation forward so that our nation once again is secure and our border with Mexico are closed.

Today many of our politicians go by the saying that it is easer to build prisons than to build new schools with many school districts in our nation not having built a new school in 25 to 30 years this is in deed a sad shame and an insult to our nation.

The high school drop out rate is sky rocketing once again and our politicians in Washington D.C. are not addressing that fact and looking into why the drop out rates in our schools are going up. I can tell you why they are going up and it for the reason that students feel harassed, being bullied and the fear of retaliation from not only other students but by administrators as well.

While I feel no child left behind is working and the results are proving that fact I also believe that it is way under funded and that we must demand that No Child Left Behind is funded better. We must also pass in to law pay raises of a professional pay rate for all teachers in our Public schools I Know it sounds liberal but I tell you that it is not its just good business.

We also must address the fact that we need special education reform I have to tell you that while I was in school I was indeed in Special Education and some of the schools would rather not deal with special education and rather see special education students drop out than to succeed in school they would also rather segregate these students so that all other students know who is special education and who is not and this practice has to end now. Special education students are not dumb special education students are not stupid and all and all special education students are vary smart and intelligent.

So as Americans I ask you to think about the education system here and lets start a true debate on what education is now and what we want it to be with out the people involved in this process it is sad to say we will see no major changes in the education system we will see more of the same.
